New Rule folks
I love to chat with folks in the SCA about their experiences. Seems every one of us has a different dream and different vision of this game we love.
My rule is this and it is very simple if it isn't about YOU, you should not be telling me about it. I am sick to death of hearing "so and so did this or that" I dont want to hear rumors or nastiness anymore.
And before I get the "oh I can't talk to you at all anymore I suppose" crap. No that is not what I mean. Folks around me feel that I am a supportive person to talk to about something bothering them, I rise to that honor. Something that effects YOU that YOU wish to talk to me about is not rumor or nastiness and I am happy to help.
But I swear the next time someone comes up to me with "The man in the Yellow Hat just insulted the King" I am going to drag that person over to yellow hat man and say...TELL HIM!
Folks it is simple if you have a problem with someone TALK to them. Most people deal far better with an honest discussion than they ever will when they hear from the person who was told by the person you told that you have a problem.
Finally, if you have a problem with me...please please please come talk to me.
